About Laura
A Project Management Professional (PMP) with over a decade of experience, I’ve led programs and projects that drive social impact. I’ve worked across nonprofit sectors including housing, mental health, and workforce development, where I’ve consistently bridged the gap between frontline workers and leadership teams. My executive leadership and governance expertise, along with my commitment to fostering inclusive collaboration across diverse groups, have helped me create strong community connections and amplify the voices of all team members.
I’ve seen the significant gap between frontline workers and the C-suite, with middle management often feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about the next steps. This disconnect can lead to turnover, dissatisfaction, and even revenue loss. My goal is to help organizations strengthen internal community relationships by implementing community-building circles (inspired by restorative justice principles) that allow team members to share their goals and priorities. I focus on reducing the pressure on middle management while ensuring that both lower-level staff and the C-suite feel heard and understood.
